The existing linear ground floor layout was re-thought to provide greater connectivity with the garden as well as much needed family space, through the addition of a new utility/boot room, and large family kitchen to the rear. Joinery was introduced to unify the space, starting in the hallway and continuing through the family kitchen, then out into the garden, for outdoor entertaining.
