TV NEWSROOM REFURBISHMENT
Refurbishment and extension of a 50,000 sq ft broadcast newsroom facility in London for a confidential client (NDA).
The scope included reception, executive suites, meeting rooms, wardrobe and make-up facilities, restaurant spaces and back-of-house support areas, alongside hard and soft landscaping and security upgrades.
Delivered across multiple phases — including works within a live broadcasting environment — the project required careful coordination, acoustic control and operational continuity.
The works excluded the studio spaces themselves but encompassed the wider operational infrastructure supporting production.
